Crownkyn Superhard PDC micronpowder diamond is made of high-strength diamond as raw material. It has a massive crystal form, regular crystal form, uniform particle size distribution, extremely low impurity content (especially silicon content), good thermal stability and high wear resistance. The surface fine of the particles is high, which is conducive to the stable growth of composite tablets and polycrystals.

We provide precision metal-bonded diamond powder specifically for the manufacture of PDC (polycrystalline diamond composite disc) drill tools used in oil and gas exploration. Our carefully designed metal bond diamond micropowder has extremely low surface impurity content, which is suitable for the operation of PDC tools in harsh drilling environments, ensuring long service life of the drill bit and long blade retention time.

• MBDP (Metal Bonding Premium)–designed for all PDC tool types, with a size range of 0-.25 microns to 40-50 microns
• MBDP2– has the same performance as MBP, but the shape is slightly block to increase the packing density, the size range is 0-.25 microns to 40-50 microns
